You also agree to obtain consent from your customers to use and access their Personal Information by SPARK DELIVERY and other third parties. *Merchant’s & Customer’s Information that is required and why do we need them? We collect Merchant’s & Customer’s name, Company name, Address, Email address, Contact number, and Shipping and Billing address, Payment details, IP address and device data. We need this information to provide you with our Services. We collect data about the SPARK DELIVERY -hosted web pages that you visit and how and when you access your account, including information about the device and browser you use, your network connection, and your IP address. We need this information to give you access to and improve our Services. We collect customer’s Information that you share with us while placing any order. We use this information to ensure a proper Service so that you can maintain a good understanding with both of you and your customer. 3. From SPARK DELIVERY website visitors, we collect information about the device and browser you use, your network connection and your IP address. From telephone support users, we collect your phone number and call audio. From chat support users, we collect your name, email address, information about the device and browser you use, your network connection and your IP address. If any customer frequently cancels orders or prolong delivery time by asking to hold the product multiple times or even fraudulent such as hijacking, giving less payment or denying to give payment etc. we will not take the responsibility except informing the merchant. And the merchant will not ask any compensation.
